Right of Withdrawal & Refund Policy
This policy applies to consumers within the meaning of § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) — any natural person entering into a transaction for purposes predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us — Roman Halva, Marienstraße 2, 12459 Berlin, Germany, Email: info@ampmuse.com — of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for the reimbursement.
Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
Important for downloadable products (sample packs, templates and other digital downloads): The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts on the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium if we have begun performance after you have (1) expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period and (2) confirmed your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins (§ 356 (5) BGB). When you purchase a digital download and obtain access to it, you provide this consent and acknowledgment at checkout. Accordingly, no refund can be granted once the download has been made available to you.
Courses & Services
For online courses and other services, the statutory right of withdrawal applies; where you expressly request that a service begins during the withdrawal period, you may owe a proportionate amount for services already provided up to the point of withdrawal.
