Copyright & DMCA / Notice-and-Takedown Policy

AMPMUSE, operated by Roman Halva, Marienstraße 2, 12459 Berlin, Germany (“we”, “us”), respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This policy explains how to notify us of allegedly infringing content and how we respond. It reflects the notice-and-takedown principles of §§ 7–10 of the German Digital Services Act (DDG) and the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), and accommodates notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) where relevant.

1. Our Content

All sample packs, presets, templates, audio, text, graphics and other materials we create are protected by copyright and related rights and remain our property or that of our licensors. They may only be used in accordance with our License Agreement (EULA).

2. Reporting Infringement (Notice)

If you believe that content available on or through ampmuse.com infringes a copyright or other right you own or control, please send a written notice to info@ampmuse.com with the subject line “Copyright Notice”, including:

Your name, address and contact details (email and, where possible, telephone).
Identification of the work you claim has been infringed.
Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its exact location (URL) so we can locate it.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.
Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Our Response

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will review it without undue delay and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the affected content. We may inform the provider of the content of the action taken. We act expeditiously upon obtaining actual knowledge of unlawful content, in line with §§ 8–10 DDG and the EU Digital Services Act.

4. Counter-Notice

If your content was removed and you believe this was in error or that you are authorised to use the material, you may send a counter-notice to info@ampmuse.com including: your contact details, identification of the removed content and its previous location, and a statement under penalty of perjury (where applicable) that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification. We may then restore the content unless the original complainant pursues legal action.

5. Repeat Infringers

We may, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, restrict or terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers.

6. Misuse of Notices

Knowingly submitting a materially false notice or counter-notice may result in liability for damages. Please ensure your statements are accurate before submitting.
